Recently we have seen a few instances of customers having trouble accessing emails following registration to Office 365.

A recent study carried out by researchers Carlo Meijer and Bernard van Gastel from Radboud University, Netherlands has found a security compromise in a number of solid-state drives (SSDs).

A SSD is a smaller and more efficient hard drive which is slowly replacing the larger and more traditional hardware.

We are seeing a rise in a certain type of e-mail scam at the moment. The messages very in their exact content, but they claim to have planted a virus in a website you have viewed recently, and have obtained all of your passwords and friends e-mails/names. The e-mails do all tend to be worded in poor English, so are very easy to spot.

As part of our commitment to continually improving our service, we are now introducing a fixed training window for our staff, which will happen every 2nd Friday between 12:30pm and 1pm. The first of these sessions will take place this Friday, 20th July, during which time the team will knowledge share and receive interim training on our every day technologies.
